Le CSIRT DOCAPOST est l'équipe opérationnelle chargée de gérer les incidents de sécurité informatique pouvant impacter le Groupe DOCAPOST et ses filliales.

Pour toute notification d'incident de sécurité dans lequel le groupe DOCAPOST serait source ou cible d'une attaque ou d'une quelconque contrevenance, vous pouvez contacter le CISRT DOCAPOST (cf. Contacts)

  • Les incidents présentant un risque important ou une nécessitant une réactivité immédiate peuvent être transmis aux mêmes coordonnées 24h/24 et 7j/7
